In a saucepan add half a cup of water, half a cup of milk (or non-dairy milk), § teaspoon of Pamban Spice Mix (included), 1 teaspoon of Pamban Tea (included) and bring to boil. Simmer for 2 minutes and strain. Add sugar to sweeten and to bring out the flavour of the spices.
