We are the Michelbergers, an independent family business that includes a one-of-a-kind hotel, a regenerative farm, farm-to-table restaurants and music festivals.  What brings these disparate things together is a holistic ecosystem based on trust, community and social connection.  The Fountain of Youth is our coconut water and the favourite drink of the hotel. It’s highly nutritious and is jammed full of vitamins and minerals and there’s no added sugar and no preservatives. It’s a great, natural energy drink. Each can consists of the water from approximately two young green coconuts and nothing else. 

For beginners: we suggest you enjoy it chilled. For seasoned pros, try your hand at drinking the Fountain of Youth with no ice and no fridge… just as mother nature intended. 

- Fountain of Youth was inspired on holiday when Tom and Nadine fell in love with coconut water for the taste and health benefits. Shortly after they met a lovely farmers collective in southwest Thailand. Since then the Monkey has become the Michelberger Hotel in a drink - travelling to London and beyond sharing the joy.
